Stef Kamil Carlens hasn't rested on his laurels in recent years. He continued to develop himself as a visual artist and with Zita Swoon Group he played several theatre performances that were lauded with superlatives. Only, the last song-centered record dated back about ten years. But in 2017 Stef Kamil Carlens made his comeback to the popcircuit using his given name with 'Stuck In The Status Quo'. For his solo debut the singer took his time. He let the songs mature for years and recorded them three times before he was confident to send them into the world. He played most instruments himself and by no means avoided opportunities to experiment. Stef Kamil may have recorded most of the album by himself, but at Moods! he will be joined by a five-headed band, which may bring surprising details and new timbres!

From the Velvet Underground to Serge Gainsbourg and Ennio Morricone, The Limiñanas don't hide their influences, but they are no revivalists. The French duo makes garage-pop and psych rock that puts purists at unease. In January they released the new album 'Shadow People' on which they were joined by The Brian Jonestown Massacre lead singer Anton Newcombe among others. Live they effortlessly perform a tour de force of non-stop, warm and vibrant chansons with extra fuzz – the ideal soundtrack for a Mediterranean summer night.
